Terms
Terms of service
The agreement for using Navlio. Short, because a long one is mostly a way of not being read.

The agreement
Using Navlio means accepting these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you are confirming you may bind it. Navlio is operated by a small team in Brazil, and Brazilian law governs this agreement.
What the service does
Navlio reads a website you point it at, reports on how it stands in search and in AI answers, and proposes changes. Paid modules add ongoing monitoring, content work and fixes.
Every change to your site or repository goes through your approval first. The agent proposes, you decide. That is a property of how the product is built rather than a policy we could quietly relax, and it is the reason connecting a repository is safe to do.
Your account
Keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has it. You are responsible for what happens under your account. One person per account: if your team needs access, add them rather than sharing a login.
You must own the site you connect, or have permission from whoever does. Pointing Navlio at somebody else's property to extract their private analytics is not something the product supports and not something we will help with.
What you may not do
Nothing here is unusual. It is written down so there is no argument about it later.
- Break the law, or use Navlio to help someone else do it.
- Attack the service, probe it for holes without asking us first, or work around its limits.
- Resell access or pass automated output off as a service of your own without telling your customers.
- Publish generated content you have not read, on a site you do not own.
Payment
Diagnosis is free. Paid modules are billed monthly per project through Stripe, at the price shown when you subscribe. Cards are handled by Stripe and never touch our servers.
Cancel whenever you like and the module runs to the end of the period you already paid for. We do not prorate a partial month, and we do not make you talk to anyone to leave. If we raise a price, current subscribers get notice before it applies to them.
Who owns what
Your site, your content, your data stay yours. Reports and proposed changes Navlio generates for you are yours to use, including commercially.
The product, its code and its interface stay ours. Nothing here grants a licence to copy them.
What we do not promise
This is the honest part. Navlio measures things and suggests changes. It cannot promise a ranking, a traffic number, or that a language model will describe your brand a particular way, because none of those are ours to control and anyone who does promise them is selling you something else.
Measurements come from third parties, including Google, Brave and various model providers. When one of them changes an API, an index, or a policy, a measurement can move or stop for reasons that have nothing to do with your site. We will tell you when we know that has happened.
The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Ending it
Cancel a subscription or delete your account at any time. We can suspend an account that is breaking these terms or endangering other customers, and we will say why when we do.
If we ever shut the service down, we will give notice, stop billing, and give you time to export what is yours.
